self learning approach in terms of HAC

at several organizations we are responsible for hazardous area compliance. great experience, what we call owner's engineering on the field of explosion protection.

we experience less and less work on our side from year to year at many of our partners.

is it the self-learning approach? do they learn from what we do and how we do it?

we do believe: YES.

it does not depend on from the size of the organization, but more from the management's attitude. there is a little need of being pushed at the beginning, but it is soon an ongoing process.

payback is there, no need to search for it.

direct effects like: relevant lifetime tracking of all installations, up-to-date documentations, HAC competency at all levels.

 

Explosion protection is subject of experience and knowledge sharing.
